From the West: Route 3 south OR Route I-495 to Route I-25 OR Route I-195 to I-25—follow the signs to the Sagamore Bridge. Proceed over the Sagamore Bridge onto Route 6 East (the Mid-Cape Highway) 12 Miles to Exit 68 (Route 132, Barnstable/Hyannis) follow exit ramp to Route 132 at the set of lights go RIGHT on Route 132 south. Follow Route 132 for 7/10ths of a mile: turn LEFT onto Attucks Lane and proceed 6/10ths of a mile to the stop light. Turn LEFT at the stop light onto Phinney’s Lane and proceed 1.7 Miles to the next stop light at Main Street/Route 6A, Barnstable Village. Turn LEFT onto Main Street and proceed approximately 2/10ths of a mile to the entrance to the Superior Court house parking area. The Registry of Deeds is located in the Deeds and Probate Building.

From the East: Route 6 West (the Mid-Cape Highway) to Exit 68 Route 132 go RIGHT off the exit ramp, follow Route 132 for 1 mile to Main Street/Route 6A. Go RIGHT on Route 6A follow for 2.3 miles to the entrance to the Superior Court house parking area. The Registry of Deeds is located in the Deeds and Probate Building.
