REMOTE ACCESS TO THE REGISTRY OF DEEDS LAND RECORDS VIA THE INTERNET
Access is free to our web site records and images. However, if you want to print images via the Internet you will need to sign up for CAPEVIEW to receive a User ID and a Password.*
CAPEVIEW accounts are $50.00 per year and you will need monies on account to cover the expense of any copies printed or ordered as this is a debit account.
If you want to print images via the Internet, the fee is $1.00 per page, deducted from your account.
To sign-up:
- Read, print and sign the CAPEVIEW Service Agreement
- Fill out and print CAPEVIEW Remote Access Application
- Make out a check for $100.00 ($50 for the registration fee and $50 to fund your account for any images you plan to print) payable to the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds
- Mail all of the above to:
